In 2000, a group of retail professionals at a major department store chain were looking for a solution to address their vendor compliance issues. This search was theresult of first hand experience with the frustrations and high costs associated with vendor noncompliance. When the search revealed no commercially available solutions to solve these critical issues, Compliance Networks was established.

2000 – Compliance Networks introduces its first version of RCMS -  Retail Compliance Management Solution

2000 – Oshman’s Sporting Goods becomes the first customer

2001 – Burlington Coat Factory joins the growing customer base.

As the customer base grows CN’s best-in-class vendor compliance solution also becomes a best-in-class supply chain visibility solution

2005 – RCMS far exceeds Burlington’s expectations. The retailer partners with CN to develop RDMS - Retail Distribution Management Solution

2007 – CN’s remote hosting service is embraced by  all CN customers

2009 – CN releases RCMS 5.0 Revolution for a Glass Pipeline View of the complete PO LIfeCycle

2010 – CN celebrates a decade of retail profit improvement
